Word of the Week Tweetstakes Rules

1. Eligibility: This sweepstakes promotion is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mediapulse, Inc. and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes promotion. The sweepstakes promotion is governed by the laws of the U.S.A. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. 



2. To Enter: The sweepstakes promotion begins at 12 p.m. ET, June 22, 2009, and will be ongoing until 5 p.m. ET, July 10, 2009. Mediapulse, Inc. reserves the right to extend the sweepstakes promotion. 

To enter, visit mediapulse.com/tweetstakes and follow @mediapulse for information on rules and to receive the Word of the Week. Entrants will be required to follow Mediapulse on twitter at twitter.com/mediapulse and post the Word of the Week to their public twitter account feed, unedited and in its entirety for a chance to win. Four (4) Word of the Week promotional messages will be posted, one per week, no later than 5 p.m. ET on June 22, June 29, July 6, and July 13, 2009, respectively. Each week represents a separate stand-alone promotion. Entrants can play every week although they can only win once.

Winners will be contacted via a direct reply at twitter.com and publicly posted to twitter.com/mediapulse.

3. Selection: Each week's winner will be randomly selected from the list of entrants who posted the Word of the Week message to their twitter feed unedited and in its entirety by way of a search for the Word of the Week via the twitter search engine at search.twitter.com. A different winner will be randomly selected each week for a total of four (4) winners no later than 5 p.m. ET on June 26, July 3, July 10, and July 17, 2009, respectively. Winners will be posted on mediapulse.com/tweetstakes and twitter.com/mediapulse.

4. Prize(s): The four (4) winners will each receive a prize to be determined and announced at the beginning of each week on mediapulse.com/tweetstakes and twitter.com/mediapulse. Mediapulse, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the winner's acceptance or use of the prize. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.

5. Conditions: Mediapulse, Inc. is not responsible for incorrect, lost, late, or unintelligible entries, lost connections, miscommunications, failed transmissions, other technical difficulties or failures. Mediapulse, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or modify this promotion at any time in the event of any intervention with the promotion beyond the control of Mediapulse, Inc. In such a circumstance, winners will be selected based on entries received to date of termination. Entrants agree to indemnify Mediapulse, Inc. and its affiliated and subsidiary companies from and against any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Contest. 

Winners will be notified on twitter.com via direct reply no later than 5 p.m. ET on June 26, July 3, July 10, and July 17, 2009, respectively. By entering this sweepstakes you agree to the use of your name and likeness and entry for promotional purposes (except where prohibited by law). 



6. The total number of contestants anticipated nationwide is 1,000. 



7. Consumer Information: If you wish to receive a list of prize winners, or have any questions about the sweepstakes promotion, specify your request and send an email to social ‘at' mediapulse.com (replace the ‘at' with @).
